A patient is 1-year-old, he was irritable since noon, and then at evening he was crying and when his penile area was touched,  pus was coming out from the penis. Penis was the little bit swollen, pediatrician prescribed amoxicillin-clavulanic acid, metronidazole and paracetamol syrup. After taking drugs baby was relaxed but one thing is noticed that prepuce was not gone back beyond glans.

What are the diagnosis and outcome? Suggest any other treatment.
