A gynaecologist suffering from severe radicular pain with tingling and numbness with no motor involvement since 4 weeks. She was barely able to walk or stand on heavy NSAIDS, MR and even gone for a caudal epidural. The severity of pain leads her driving from city 500 km far from delhi at night with husband.

It was difficult disc to be assessed by transforaminal (routinely performed) approach and required resection of an anterior facet, hence we moved to some advanced form and performed interlaminar endoscopic disc decompression. Pre-op and post-op MRI (after 2 hrs) attached, no need to say the patient is doing great.
