About 150000 people are going for Haj Pilgrimage from various states of Republic Union of India to Haj at Macca & Madina of Saudi Arabia to perform their religious pious activity. State wise quotas are allotted for this according to the population of the Muslim. There is a statutory requirement of Medical Fitness Certificate by any Register Medical Practitioner from each pilgrim for going to haj voyage before paying to flight to Saudi Arabia by Government of India and Government of Saudi Arabia.
Now the selected pilgrim comes to the registers Medical Practitioners doctors for Physical Fitness Certificate and the doctors denies the certificate giving the reason that they are unaware of the valid format for the same.
