I am working as a medical officer at a power plant. Unfortunately, the company has no guidelines, protocols about issuing height pass to workers those ar going to work at certain height. In the height pass test a worker has to climb up to certain height and then get off. Blood pressure and pulse to be measured before and after climbing.

I want to know what are the permissible changes in blood pressure and pulse to approve a worker fit for working at height. Please reply.
