A 32yrs male pt came to op with c/o severe sob,no h/o of B.A,allergy.BAE+,no abnormal breath sounds,saturation is maintained,not even a functional kind.K/c/o APD,after giving pantoprazole and o2 terapy he settled.next day he came and i checked his bp it was 170/100.his creatine levels were 3.2, i put this pt on amilodipine 5mg once in a day but this is in effective.again he came after 1 month with c/o of pain in forearm,i checked and noticed no pulse in his left arm,ct angiography revealed that he had thrombus in bracheal artery,and his persistant bp cont..with elevated creatin levels,we checked his metanephrine levels,renal arteries but revealed nothing. How to treat this patient?
