Right in the beginning, I would like to make it clear that I do not intend even slightest hurt to the sentiments of my colleagues. It has just occurred to my mind that why some good doctors get less patients despite everything in their favour! One thing comes straight to my mind that if we equalize all possible variables then all doctors having similar qualifications and experience should get similar response from the population around in the community. Does marketing play any role ! Is it regionalism where doctor from the same community with easy communication would do better.

Is it the vernacular language which affects the attraction ! Is it the family line in medical profession which gives an advantage ! Does couple cases exercise better pull for patients? Or the label of good medical college for UG or PG degrees that matters? Is it your initial experience in good or big institutions…
