Young woman (40s) with existing epigastric pain since February 2014 with varying intensity and quality. A history of rel. sudden onset, probably at certain movement, currently well after eating a piece of cake for 3 days again reinforced consisting usually rather independent of food intake, not colicky. Initially catering and colonoscopies repeated outpatient, everything except for small ax. Hernia without explanation for the complaints. Pantoprazole without significant effect, and lasting (pain) medication with no known diagnosis unsatisfactory.
Ultrasonography hemangioma with max. 20mm diameter at the posterior inferior border of the liver. Something Sludge in the GBL. Bile ducts and in the MRCP and Endosono not flashy.
