Phyllodes tumors are a rare form of fibroepithelial neoplasms that develop in breasts. Benign breast mass, blue discoloration, skin ulcers, nipple retraction, palpable axillary lymph nodes, and dilated skin veins are the clinical presentation of phyllodes tumors. Clinical, histopathological, and radiological examinations are used to diagnose phyllodes tumors. However, due to mimicking fibroadenoma and unreliable cytological tests, diagnosing phyllodes tumors is challenging. Nevertheless, phyllodes tumors can be managed with surgeries.
