Here I am presenting 2 cases of the young male patient having 4th-degree circumferential prolapsing piles in one patient and other has prolapsing thrombosed piles. Conventional Milligan-Morgan or stapled (miph) cannot give a satisfactory result for painless, cost effective result.

So I have adopted Dr.Chivate's procedure for its management. We got an immediate result.
