Please guide me for a patient who has visited in my clinic. He has taken Itraconazole 100 mg BD for 4 was Cream  Clobetasol+Ofloxacin+Ornidazole+Terbinafine BD and candid powder.

Then he visited to my clinic and there was additional impetigo He is currently on: Ceftriaxone 1 go OD Gentamicin 160mg Im OD Hereby I m attaching photo   Please guide me for the management of this skin lesions.
