I am a MBBS graduate from guwahati medical college. Now doing my compulsory rural posting. I am preparing for my forth coming AIPGMEE.. want to pursue an MD degree in pediatric or pathology... Is there any possibility to practice outside India???

Which countries will recognize my degree?? Prefer to work in Canada.. Is it possible without USMLE or PLAB?? Please give your valuable suggestions...
