35 yr non smoker living in plains, male, with hypertension detected 2 months ago. Inv revealed Hb 17gm, proteinuria 3+. Others within normal limit.

Have sent for Serum Epo levels, JAK M and a renal biopsy done., reports awaited. Could not find any relation between the two inv findings though paraneoplastic renal involvement in myedysplastic disorders are reported
