A 30 years old man had severe chicken pox, recovered with out acyclovir treatment. After 12 days, he had pain at right inguinal area, admitted and discharged. During the hospital stay he started developing swelling over right leg and developed DVT.

The DVT confirmed by color doppler of legs TLC 9800/-HB 9.0 gm blood sugar normal. What do you think is it due to anemia or a complication of chicken pox?
