I operated a 75 years old male for left sided Spigelian Hernia IPOM REPAIR with Physiomesh & securestrap fixation device & TAPP for Right Inguinal Hernia on 5/6/2015 (5th post op day today) . Patient is having gaseous distension. Please suggest remedies.
