I have done 2 cataract surgeries (SICS) grade 2 cataract and HMSC. Surgery was uneventful (only some extra time was taking in i/a rest was normal in grade 2 cataract). On the next day as I removed dressing there was much striated keratitis in both cases and vision was finger counting.
For whichI gave topical steroids 1 Hrly, mydriatic and oral antibiotics for 5 days, after that vision was same, and now oral steroid (50 mg Prednisolone) for 5 days prescribed. Can anyone suggest me probable diagnosis and management?
