A 28 years old female G2P1L1 with previous LSCS, with six weeks of pregnancy in the rudimentary horn of bicornuate uterus this time. The patient is stable hemodynamically without significant complaint of any pain in lower abdomen. USG showing G sac without a fetal pole.
