G2P1 (previous cesarean) with 8 weeks pregnancy, free T3-0.43, free T4-0.7, s TSH-135 previous cesarean done 11 months back, rest routine ANC investigations normal. Patient is hypothyriod before concieving also taking eltroxin 150 microgram.
