A 20 year old male presented with complaints of Low backache with occassional swelling in both lower limbs. Also gives history of pain in joints esp knee & shoulder. X ray LS spine & hip are normal. The investigations done are as follows: HLA B-27 : result is Positive.

CRP : 64.77mg/dl. ESR: 105 mm/hr. Ophthalmic: Anterior Uveitis. What would be the course of the treatment & progress of the condition.
