Recently had an infertile couple for 15 yrs. Husband factor normal. Wife had a hysteroscopy 2 yrs back - histopatho report says adenocarcinoma of endometium.

On request by patient histopath was repeated with new sample- complex hyperplasia without atypia. Would it be still good to advise them surrogacy followed by radical surgery?
