The presence of irritation and itching for 4 days has been found in an 11 year old boy. Irritation has been reported first in the left eye and then followed by the right eye after one day. It became difficult to open the eyes in the morning as both eyes have also had a discharge of mild yellow colour and mattering of the eyelids. Minimal eye redness was observed without foreign body sensation and flashes. No decreased vision or diplopia was observed.

The patient has not used any eye – drops and there was no environmental exposure. Past Ocular History: No historical record of amblyopia, eye trauma or surgery. Use of contact lens was not reported.
