We operated a case of pelvic mass mimicking ovarian malignancy on imaging. On laparotomy, it was anterior abdominal wall mass along with left ovarian mass. Complete staging ovarian laparotomy was done. Frozen of mass is the poorly differentiated malignant tumor with the low-grade stromal tumor in left ovary.

On histopathology and immunohistochemistry, the final diagnosis was Extraosseous Ewing Sarcoma of anterior abdominal wall. Now the patient is all right she completed her 12 cycles of chemotherapy and under follow-up. What would you suggest further?
