Hello everyone, A 26-year-old female patient was diagnosed with PCOD 6 years back in some routine check up. She got married 3 years back and started planning for kid one year ago. After ovulation study unovulatory cycle seen by her doctor. Doctor said her left ovary is abnormally posterior to the uterus. She has taken Clomiphene 50, Letrozole Inj FSH in respective cycles. Follicle developed but at the size of 23 it wasn't ruptured after Inj. HCG 10000 IU. Now without treatment she developed follicle but gradually not ovulated n developed cyst of 4-6 cm. All hormonal investigations done Tsh, Fsh, LH, S.Insuline, S.Prolactin.
All reports are normal. What should she do to? Get rid of this ovulation studies and getting IM injection. M/H-Irregular menses. 5-6 days/45-70 days. Moderate mild pain. No other illness.
