A six yrs old boy preseneted with swelling all over body starting from the face. On examination he has hyper cholestremia, hypoabunimea urinary protein 2+, 24 hrs urinary protein 276 mg. Total urine 376 ml in 24 hrs.

Clinally he looks like a case of nephrotic syndrome but his urinary protien in not in nephrotic range? Body surface area .825 msq,,height 120 cm, weight 20 kg.,,there is no rbs in urine, kft is normal
