23 year old electrician, compains of pustules in both lower limb which are extremely itchy. These pustules leave a scar and new ones appear. Pus is white in colour, also complains of pain in calf muscles high intensity localised.

No other localising symptoms. Should I consider vascular cause? Patient is non smoker, no co-morbidities.
