24 year old lady with nil mouth opening for past 20 years ,diagnosed and assesed by 3D reconstructions CT as maxillomandibular fusion ( Sygnathia ), seen by Plastic ,maxillofacial and ENT ,awaiting surgery at Down Town Hospital .Only 16 cases reported in literature over a centuary , No standardised treatment suggested . What are your suggestions about the interventions in this case ?
