Case presentation A 44-year-old male presented to the ENT outpatient department with a 10-year history of midline neck swelling. It began as a small lump and progressively enlarged over time without causing any discomfort.
He denied any history of fever, pain, additional swellings, difficulty swallowing or breathing, earache, or nasal discharge.
