An 18-year-old female presented with a lesion on the medial side of her left arm, which had become a cosmetic concern. The lesion had been present since infancy, first noted as a small, skin-colored verrucous papule measuring about 3 mm. Over the years, it gradually increased in both height and length and developed dark brown pigmentation.
