My patient 56 yt.o m had self medicated himself with  Antibiotic  Azithromycin for cough, he came to me with a complaint of rash on neck with severe itching. The patient says that he suffered from rash after 3 hours of intake of Azithromycin on  first day and increased even more on the second day. Is it ADR for azithromycin patient is suffering?

Has anyone come accross such complaints for Azithromycin? Should I start with anti allergics?
