This is a 22 year old male, complaining of itching at night of whole body except face and skull for almost a month, developed rashes since itching started. No history of drug intake, fever, co-morbid conditions before the rash or itch.

He was initially treated,as a case of scabies, but symptoms still persists. All relevant blood investigation done were normal.
