Today a patient of low back pain came to our hospital having a prescription of a big corporate hospital of hyderabad. She was having low back pain and was on oral diclofenac BD dose and other medicines.
She was adivsed Inj Diclofencac IMI doses for a week and SOS later on. I want to know If patient is ambulatory and taking oral Diclofencac is IMI INJ SOS dose any better than oral dose ?
