D octors are retiring from Government and Semi- Government. Jobs at age ranging from 58 to 65 years. In private or corporate sector you may be shown as retained employee for few years more. Yes, in your own nursing homes you may carry on depending upon your fitness and zeal to perform or for monetary issues. I am sure that all of us who retire from public sector employment desire and deserve to work more. As, we are aware that health care sector is in dire need of doctors especially in rural sector, faculty and in tertiary care.
