an young aldy of 22 years  presented with acute abdomen of a day duration came and admitted at night seen by a resident he asked for routine blood and urine examination and an abdominal utrasound  next day 2pm i was asked to consult as the usg report was showing as reptured right ovarian cyst with moderate free fluid in pod  i take a detailed history married for 4 months stayed with hubby for only a week immediatly after marriage and he left now the preg test is negative and total count is 18000 cells predominantly neutrophils esr only 5mm at 1 hour i have taken her for a d lap and fouond only s traw colored fluid in abdomen about 200 ml s end for cell count and cytology and ANA  does not point to any specific diagnosis what are the possibilities on d lap  both tobes ovaries and uterus are perfectly normal ca 125 normal abdominal ct scan norml
