Can any body guide me, about my mistake? When I open a R.C.& do the BMP ,normally the symptoms are gone but in so many cases I have seen pain recurring after obturation.

What should be the reason? My other query is What is the reason of degeneration of abutment tooth after few years ,when I use PFM?
