As the recent past few years medical colleges are being opened in the country by the government and the MCI recently reduced the minimum eligibility and experience for the post of medical faculty in which the minimum eligibility must be MBBS as Senior Demonstrater or Junior Registrar and MD/MS for Assistant/ Associate/ Professor and teaching experience. But due to deficiency of faculty members the non-medico are entering which never attended any clinical experience as MSc /PhD in Medicine and the MCI not framed any rule of weightage to clinical experience in the medical profession of teaching and learning and rather in training of medical students should become more and more experienced clinically.
