Prostate cancer (PC) comprises multiple diseases states. Patients in the hormone-sensitive metastatic prostate cancer (mHSPC) stage are either deprived of or do not show progression to primary hormone therapy 1 . Androgen deprivation therapy (ADT) remains the mainstay treatment given along with systemic agents in mHSPC. Studies indicate that adding enzalutamide to ADT delays the emergence of castration resistance and thereby improves overall survival 2 .
