A 25 years old patient comes to me asking what makes a multiple pimple like lesions on his buttock. The lesions become extremely painful that make the patient unable to sit or sleep in a supine position. When I asked the history, I came to know that lesions were treated before by many dermatologists since patient's childhood but the outcome was unfruitful and problems recurred.
The patient is uneasy due to this problem. Please give your opinion and best available treatment for mentioned recurrent condition.
