An 11-year-old boy somehow managed to insert two small button magnets in each nostril. These were powerful magnets and immediately attracted each other on either side of the boy's nasal septum. Ths boy was admitted to ED with severe pain, abundant nose bleeding and crusting inside his nose. The boy was uncooperative and there was too much crusting inside his nose.
