47-year-old lady, known diabetic and hypertensive (stopped medication on her own) with a history of irregular prolonged cycles of 45-60 days followed by menorrhagia was put on norethisterone for 21 days elsewhere. All her previous parts and investigations were not available as of now. After taking medicine for 15 day she suffered hemiparesis of the right side of body. MRI shows frontal region INFARCT. She now presented three days later to OPD.
She stopped taking norethisterone 3 days back. She now has started bleeding. She was started on anticoagulant therapy on admission. How can her menorrhagia be controlled.
