A first-year BDS student has accused a resident doctor of physical assault and harassment for seven months. The accused, a PG resident in Anatomy at a medical college in Rohtak, allegedly stalked the victim and repeatedly forced her to enter into a relationship. According to the victim, the resident doctor threatened to fail her in Anatomy and withheld her admit card to coerce her to meet him. He persistently blackmailed and harassed her for the past two months.
On August 16, he asked the victim to meet outside the college library to return her admit card. When she arrived, he forced her into his car and drove her to an unknown location.
