Is the concept of slavery residency as prevailing in our institutes justifiable ? Is there any merit in saying 24/7/356 residency will produce the best Doctors? Are all the Medical specialties equal and residents of Dermatology / Fetal medicine etc experience the same difficulty as specialties like surgery, Medicine..................................?
Are the residents coming from rural background, Non Hindi/ English medium being subjected to cruelty in the name of residency ?
