A case of missed abortion, curettage done two times, still bleeding came to our hospital with mass in the lower uterine cavity, tried to do repeat curettage due to profuse bleeding only biopsy was taken, scan and biopsy reported as degenerative product of conception, her Beta HCG level is only 187, still mild bleeding is there and she is Rh negative.  How can we proceed with treatment?
