Case presentation A 56-year-old woman visited the hospital with a 3-day history of inferior visual field disturbance in the right eye a week after receiving the first dose of the COVID vaccine. No family history, other health complaints, or remarkable changes in the physical examination were observed. Physical examination Both eyes showed visual acuity of 20/20. Afferent pupillary defect in the right eye No abnormal ocular motility in the eyes Fundoscopy findings Diffused optic disc swelling in the right eye (Cover image a).
