This is not related to a medical subject or is an academic question.But this is an important question regarding the recognition of PG degree so please contribute. If a college starts a degree as permitted seat in (eg. 2010) and MCI inspection not done at the end of 3 yrs (2013) but is done at the exit exam of 3rd batch (2015). Following that MCI gives recognition stating first exam in the 3rd year( 2015) then what is the status of degrees issued in 2013 and 2014?
Are they recognized? If not how to get the retrospective recognition?
