Uveitis is a very common disorder following article shows its different modalities of classification and presentation to make it simpler. We have anatomical classification like: Anterior uveitis Posterior uveitis Panuveitis Then we have granulomatous and non-granulomatous classification. Here I am concentrating on various syndromes associated with uveitis: Neurocutaneous syndrome Uv articular syndrome Uveo meningeal syndrome Uveo reticulo endothelial syndrome in uveal cutaneous We can include: Behcet’s disease Stevens-Johnsons syndrome Weber Christian syndrome Then in uveo articular we can include Stills and Reiter’s disease.
In uvemengeal we have VKH and sympathetic ophthalmitis. In uveal reticuloendothelial we can include lymphoma, lymphosarcoma, reticuloendothelial, cell sarcoma, uveoparotid fever. Share your views.
