Hi Doctors! What is the role of Meftal-p in fever in children? Generally pediatrician suggests to take this if fever is above 101F. Some suggest alternative dose of meftal-p and dolo, some suggest both together if temp is above 101F.

What is the dose? Is it necessary to prescribe meftal-p  if fever is above 101F?Taking both together what are the complications?
