MRi report reveals following findings-1. Bulging annulus of L3/4 intervertebral disc leading to smooth indentation over thecal sac without neural forminal stenosis. Posteriocentral herniation of L4/5 & L5/S1 intercertebral disc leading to smooth indentation over thecal sac with bilateral neural forminal stenosis. 2. Bony spinal canal stenosis at all lumbar intervertebral disc levels. 3.
Thickened ligamentum flavum from L3/4 to L5/S1 intervertebal disc levels further adding to bony canal stenosis. This is MRI report of 46 yrs lady. Is in this case there possiblility of NUCLEOPLASTY. If yes where are the centres in India and UP. Please give me suggestion.
