I had joined an INST OF MEDICAL SCIENCES, in SANGLI. as prof & HOD of Anatomy in Oct 2014. This inst. did not get approval for letter of permission from MCI in dec 2014.

From then onwards the inst had stopped paying salary to the staff members. They want us to join elsewhere. Is it possible to join in other institue in the same academic year after appearing for MCI inspection in Islampur? If yes, what are the necessary precautions to be takn by me in order to avoid action from the MCI?
