A lady from Manipur is on Ryles Tube feeding for last 16 years. Isn't it surprising & unbelievable that RT feeding can be continued for such a long time without any complication? Normally there are chances of Esophageal stricture, malnutrition, reflux & aspiration pneumonitis.

It is really amazing that apparently there seems to be none of this problem with her! I would like to know what my colleagues think on this.
