A 70 years male presented with lowered sensorium left leg, pelvic pain and urinary incontinence of 4 months duration. CMRI of Lumbosacral spine showed a large, expansile, destructive soft tissue tumour of the sacrum (fromS2 segment to coccyx) and bilateral sacral –ala. A differential diagnosis of  Sacral Chordoma/ Sarcoma or Metastasis was suggested radiologically.
