patient age 22 yr female notice a swelling left side neck fnac done aspiration pus ,fnac report acute and chronic cervical lymphadenitis,may be tubercular,pus culture --sterile 5 days antibiotics given no response ,again pus aspirate,pus culture --again sterile, again antibiotics for 5 days and att forcox continue since 7 days given still no respnse what is the further management
